    Executive Director & Individual and Family Recovery Consultant

    A native of Colorado, Ronny attended undergraduate school at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, receiving a B.A. in Psychology. She received an M.A. in Community Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Northern Colorado in 2005.

    Mrs. DeCarlo then transferred to Los Angeles, California where she spent four years honing her skills as a Psychiatric Recovery Specialist. For the last five years she has been able to realize her vision of bringing high quality, community based Recovery Support Services to individuals and families in Colorado.

  • Jonathan DeCarlo, CAC III

    Clinical Director

    Jonathan DeCarlo is a Certified Addiction Counselor (Level III), with experience in addiction/recovery and mental health care since 1997. He has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families during early recovery from addiction and uses a wide array of modalities and approaches as he does so. His background and training in psychology, philosophy, and theology allow for unique perspectives in the therapeutic process.

    Jonathan has developed care programs for inpatient and outpatient practices. He has also provided therapeutic services for professionals including administration and aviation, education, legal and law enforcement, medicine and mental health.

    Individual and Family Recovery Consultant

    Born and raised in Wisconsin, Stephanie received a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She then furthered her studies and attended the University of Denver, where she graduated with a M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an Addiction Counseling emphasis.

    Stephanie has worked in a variety of addiction treatment settings, which included counseling adults in both residential and outpatient care, as well as working with individuals in sober homes maintain working with clients, utilizing a blend of person-centered, psychodynamic, and family systems approaches in her practice.
